Maintain general ledger accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.

Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulations, and internal policies.

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in the high-tech industry (min 4 years).

Excellent knowledge of accounting processes, including proficiency in DATEV and QUICKBOOKS.

Strong understanding of German accounting standards and regulations.

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, at an advanced level is essential. 

Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Ability to work simultaneously with CFO
