Demand Generation Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial demand generation manager to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on generating leads and creating constant funnel via maintaining several marketing channels with a constant reference to data. Ultimately your goal is to contribute to the company's revenue goals by driving brand awareness & generating high quality leads.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative and multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive MQLs and SQLs and increase pipeline growth
  • Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and events
  • Optimize web customer journey to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborate with sales, content marketing, and product teams to develop targeted content and messaging to attract and nurture leads
  • Implement A/B testing and other strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve lead conversion rates
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools to ensure seamless tracking and reporting
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data and trends to optimize results
  • Develop and manage the demand generation budget, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI

Basic Qualifications
  • Affinity to test & learn approach, joy in experimenting, “lean start up” mindset
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing technologies and tools, including automation platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to improve marketing strategies and tactics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • You have gained experience in the startup or software industry
  • You have experience working on projects globally
